Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Ahi Tuna, water, ascorbic acid, sodium citrate, sodium ascorbate, salt and rosemary extract

Try this marinade before searing on a medium hot to hot grill pan (2 min per side for medium rare):

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil see notes

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (be careful if your soy is salty)

Pinch of black pepper to taste

Pinch of paprika (optional)

1 tablespoon canola oil
