Instructions:

Lift the corners of the film to allow steam to escape and place the tray in the microwave. Cook on high for 3–4 minutes. Carefully pull back the film almost completely, as the tray will be hot. Stir the contents, cover again with the film, and heat for another 1–2 minutes. Remove the film, stir, and serve hot.
