In 2 tablespoons of oil or butter, cook 1 pound of cubed chicken breast, thighs, shrimp, or paneer to about 80% cooked. Add sauce and simmer for 5min ensuring ensuring the protein is fully cooked.
Suggestion: Cook chicken in tandoori spices and then add sauce.
For butter sauce pasta add sauce to almost fully-cooked pasta and simmer for 5 min.
